We are excited to offer this ready to eat all-pork summer sausage! Made with our pastured pork and a nitrate-free mild seasoning blend. The sausage is fully cooked--simply thaw, slice, and eat (be sure to remove outer paper casing first--Jerry learned this the hard way). Once thawed, it will store in refrigerator for several weeks.

Sliced summer sausage! Locally-sourced lunchmeat options are often hard to come by, so we asked our butcher to come up with ready-to-eat sandwich-sized slices using our summer sausage seasoning. The result is a kid-friendly lunchmeat that is similar in taste to classic bologna. Fully cooked--simply thaw and store in the refrigerator.
