Our pork hocks (also known as pork shanks) are best slow roasted or braised and will yield a decent amount of flavorful meat. The bones can then be used to make a nourishing broth. Hocks are also great for flavoring soups, stews, or beans. Choose "uncured" for no additional seasonings/curing (the only ingredient is pork). Choose "Cured" for smoked and cured hocks. Cured hocks contain: water, salt, sugar, sodium nitrite, maple syrup, dextrose, sodium erythorbate, sodium citrate, glycerine, sodium carbonate.
